I watch first and foremost my calories. Then I track protein, fat, carbs and sodium. I try to get my protein so I'm not hungry as much, try to keep my carbs within limits(which is hard to do). MFP sets your total protein allowance low.Mine is set to 40% of my total calories. I think they set it at 20%. So you are ok, actually the more protein the less hungry you will be.

Yes you can have then for breakfast. I have found Yoplait has Smoothies that can be found in the frozen section. It's basically a bag of frozen cut up fruit and yogurt squares. Add milk and some protein powder then your done. One bag makes two smoothies.

Leg curls,squats, lunges and when at home you can do this Lay on your back with your feet flat on the ground. push up with your feet and poke your belly button towards the ceiling. You can either do that for reps or hold the position for as long as possible.

I went off caffeine and a headache for a little while. Now if I have a soft drink I get a migraine headache where I either go to sleep or puke. anytime you get out you are going to get alot of sodium. On top of that add the fact that more sandwiches use lunch meat an you get alot of sodium. I cannot think of any place where I can eat a meal for under 350 calories(6 inch turkey on wheat) and be full.

A bag of steam fresh veggies takes 5 mins to steam, or you can steam a sweet potato in 5 mins, and a can of chicken take 35 seconds to heat. Then those veggies can be leftovers for 1-2 more times. unless you actually input your age, weight and height(or at least your weight) into the machine you are using at the gym it cannot accurately tell you how many calories you have burned. MFP I believe uses these body metrics to determine how many calories you burned doing a particular exercise. I would go with what MFP says…

you can share your food diary so we can see what your eating. Also give it time. weight can change for different reasons. I would go by body measurements rather than weight

Try some oatmeal or something with alot of fiber. If you are still hungry then it's all in your mind. My minds does that sometimes. Tells me I;m hungry when there's no way that I am.

take your vitamins1 Or a B12 supplement. Not only is cutting red meat out of your diet a healthy choice(although anything is ok in moderation) it's also better for the environment too. It takes far more energy(gas, electricity etc) to process a cow then a chicken or fish.

I have not tried it, but I believe it helps a portion of your fat you eat go right through your system without being absorbed. If you eat too much fat then you have "an accident". This is from my memory of it a few years ago,maybe someone else knows more.

I agree Yass, people should also measure their bodies too. Everyone around you sees the inches you loose and not not the number on the scale.
