  • another good one is lay on your back with your legs up in the air(straightened out) and have someone grab your feet and try to push them to the ground. You have to keep your feet from touching the ground and bring them back up to your partners hands.
  • I listen to a range of music(at least I think it's a range). Opeth, Dream Theater, Tool, Five Finger Death Punch, Hatebreed, Mad Caddies, Rise Against, Living Syndication, Flogging Molly, NIN etc. As far as games I like the Grand Theft Auto games, Gran Turismo and Rock Band(currently drumming on Rock Band 3.
  • I agree that you need to mesure yourself. Also with all these changes it could take your body a little while to get used to them. Your body it trying to stay at your current weight and you are trying to lose. Give it some more time.
  • could you know just use can pumpking in the oatmeal? I have never tried, but have a can at home. I may try this. You could use honey to sweeten it, although not sure how pumpking and honey taste together
  • the only things I can think of for protein and carbs is lean meat and a good source of carbs like a sweet potato or oatmeal. If you have protein powder you can put that in water with 1/4 cup oats, blend and drink. I have changed my ratio to 40/40/20 to make sure I get enough protein.

  • There's running as you mentioned, even running in different locations with give you different scenery to look at. There's also HIIT where you sprint for a period then job and then sprint. Jumping rope is always good(if you don't trip on the rope like me). Then there's body weight exercises such as burpees, box jumps,…
  • Take measurements on your body, then you can compare to see if you have lost inches.
  • Try a protein shake with 1 cup of milk blended with 2 tablespoons of Natural Peanut Butter. That should be around 430 calories right there if you use 1% milk.
  • Chicken fajitas without the tortillas! Or at least cut down the number of tortillas you eat. And skimp on the free tortilla chips also. Most of the items I find in Mexican restaraunts are covered in cheese so stay away from those food items.
  • Enter your food here and stay within the set limits. Lean meats and veggies are low in calories, make sure to drink plenty of water.
  • Your diet is the most important part of losing weight. For example you can run at 4.5mph on a treadmill for 30 mins and only burn 350 calories, a doughnut is around 300 calories. See how fast 30 minutes or hard work can go away? Just add your food on this site and try to keep within your limits while working out.
  • If the calories/fat/protein/carbs fit into your schedule then go for it. As long as you get your numbers throughout the day it will be ok. Whole food would be better but if you don't have time then this is a decent alternative.
  • Yes Rush Fitness keeps children as early as 6 months old. But if the gym is out of the question then start with bodyweight exercises then add in the dumbbells. And make sure to get your protein as mentioned earlier If you need help finding bodyweight exercises to do you can go to www.bodyweightculture.com and see all kinds…
  • If you have a gym membership then you can lift weights there, but if you do not then you can do bodyweight exercises at home. Including weight training in your exercise routine is real beneficial. For your skin not to be saggy after weight loss you will need to still have elasticity in your skin. It partially is determined…

  • In my opinion you do not want to be 400 calories from your goal every day. But you do not have to eat the calories you get from exercising. If you start feeling tired after a few days of not eating your workout calories then I suggest you start doing it.
  • looked at your food diary. I would suggest getting a good source of protein at every meal. Eggs/liquid egg whites for breakfast, lean chicken for lunch and dinner. Snacks can be protein shakes, peanuts, natural PB etc.
  • 2,000 calories! That seems like alot of calories. I would add more eggs in the morning with another piece of toast. More peanut butter too. You can get some protein powder, add 1 cup milk, two tablespoons PB and have like a 400-500 calories shake.
  • I will first say that a good diet is 90% of weight loss. But you can get a good workout in without weights at your house in a matter of minutes. Start out with doing something like pushups, situps/planks and squats. You could try doing pushups for 30 seconds, then quickly move to situps for 30 seconds, then do bodyweight…

  • As a general rule anything fitness equipment that is sold on TV does not work. I laugh at the BowFlex commercial. Do you think those actors got their bodies from Bowflex? No they went to the gym and got those bodies. I had a BoxFlex though, my gf bought one for me. I ended up selling it to someone because it simply did not…

  • No exercise can spot reduce a certain area. You will have to just continue losing weight and working out. You thighs will most likely always be bigger than other parts of your body, your just a pear shape. You will have to lose weight all over, your thighs may be more stubborn and you may lose that weight last, but it will…
  • I would try to get closer to my goal if I was you, especially since you are over 500 calories off . Eat more high calories foodss next time.
