Last Chance Workout

need to burn alot of calories today. Weigh in tomorrow. Probably will take spin class and walk the dogs. Should do core workout as well.(the workout I hate the most) Hopefully burn over 1000 calories.

from what I've read a spin class can burn 1,000 calories all by itself depending on how intense YOU make it. You can cut down on your water so that you will be lighter, but then again when you start drinking water again you will gain that "lost weight" back.0

I'm with you on the last chance workout!!! I weigh in tomorrow and i'm sick of seeing point something pounds lost....i want 5 pounds lost like the biggest loser people lol but i know that's pushing it....I finally bought a Polar FT4 and have realized every since I started working out on the 5th of April that my calories burned were not accurate at all!!! So the last 3 days I have really been busting my butt because my weekly goal is 2600 calories burned according to MFP. So I try and burn atleast 500 calories a day 5 days a week...
i did my biggest loser cardio workout this morning and im going to the gym after church for the treadmill and try the elliptical....0 -
Core exercises won't really do anything for you, but the spin class definitely will, though. Instead of core, do some upper body, arms, chest, etc. as these will burn more calories than the core.0

its a cardio class found at gym's. You ride bike to music as an instructor tells you wheather you are sprinting or climbing a hill. I usually burn 800 calories in 45 minutes. Bike riding is my favorite excersise. Builds great legs and lungs.0

ugh I hate the bikes at my gym because my butt is so big!! I usually get on the sit down one but I am definitely going to try the regular one today because i am determined to see some change!!!0

You can't spot reduce. Core work doesn't get rid of the fat around your stomach. Getting rid of that is what the spin class, weight training, and dieting is for. The closer you get to the end, the more important the weight training and diet becomes.0
