I like it better then normal eggs, and you cook the exact same way with it.

I started it Saturday, pretty awesome. My husband did it with me(one time) and hasn't stopped complaining about his legs hurting lol.

I only use the measure since I dont have a scale. Also trying to get into the military and if you are over weight requirement they use tape :)

Hi! I am 20, since meeting my husband I have gained about 80lbs in the past 5 years. I decided enough is enough once I could no longer cross my legs. If you need a buddy I think im a good one :)

from what im told you don't need to eat your exercise calories, i didn't hear this from a dietitian but someone i know that sees one told me this.

I find it a struggle to use all my calories. I am trying to overcome compulsive eating so I only eat when I am hungry. I normally have 200-600 left at the end of the day(non-exercise days) so I always scramble to get some more in late in the day :(
