  • So i just tried this workout and all i can say is... HOLY CRAP BATMAN! Maybe i'm just not used to workouts like this, but this just kicked my *kitten*! I haven't worked up to being able to do the plank yet but it definitely did the job today!

  • I was about to post something about how picky I am and saw this. I don't eat most foods, and I'll even pick through my favorite foods! It's hard to eat the right stuff because all the "good" stuff for you is gross to me! If you find something healthy but still good to a picky eater, let me know! :)
  • The website factors in calories you probably burned in a day based on what you selected when it asked you how active your daily life is. It doesn't say it in your food diary, but it still accounts for it. You can always go change what it says for how active your lifestyle is

  • That's a really good idea... I need to make some shakes other than just protein shakes, so I'll start looking into some recipes for different smoothies and shakes
  • Yeah, I'm just such a picky eater that it's hard for me to eat anything healthy. I don't like onions and bellpeppers and stuff in my food, and I don't eat any seafood and hardly any meat. So I just try to exercise when I can!
  • That does help... I love peanut butter but never thought of putting it in my shakes!
  • I'll admit I eat junk food, but I work out when I can to balance it out. It just doesn't seem right that I should have to eat back those calories from eating junk food just to meet the calories goal every day
  • I've been meaning to drink more protein shakes... I bought a huge thing of powder to make drinks out of. I like the chocolate flavored one!
