I was going to say the same thing! I weight 128ish and I don't look as fit or as good. weight is really just a number. Looking fit and strong beats looking thin any day!

Great job! I can absolutely see the difference. I'm finishing up week 3 of Alpha, and seeing this is a great motivation. When did you start losing the weight? I still haven't lost any ( i'm looking to lose about 4 pounds), but I really want to build more muscle. Thanks for sharing.

I'm also 5'7 and currently weigh 127 lbs,and I was fine with that until recently, and thought maybe I should lose a few more pounds. Why do you feel that 120 would be the ideal weight for you? I'm a bit scared 120 will make me look a bit too skinny. Oh, I'm finishing up week two of T25 so maybe we can motivate each other =)

I have the exact problem. I do my best to eat more but never seem to be able to meet my calorie needs since I don't really have much of an appetite.
