It can be overnight... There are a ton of posts out here but if you happen to read this here is what will work. You go back to 1250 calories. Start running for 30 minutes or more every night. Get to your "target heart rate" and hold it for a good 25 to 30 minutes. When you are done you should be sweating pretty good. It…

Mio. Look it up. They even have tea flavor. In short its a little bottle that you just put a single squirt into your water. Makes all the diff in the world. Several flavors, a couple of which are teas.

How do you know this? Starvation mode is a myth. If you are consuming at least 1200 calories a day AND excersising, then you are fine. People love to play the "starvation mode" card as an excuse not to cut back calories. Its a simple equation,.... eat less than you burn and you will lose weight.

Say what you like. People come out here for help and advice for weight loss. Your worthless contributions and posts that make fun of peoples questions dont help anyone. If you have nothing productive to add, dont just come out to make fun of their posts and how you are such a veteren you have seen the post many times…

Mirror? Check your profile age. Not to mention that creepy line you deliver about going after younger women. Stick to your old folks home grandpa perv.

And thank you for sharing those wise words. Elders are always so kind to share their wisdom. We are all smarter for having read your post and we get that you have "seen a similar topic before". Thanks again, now move along.

Many people love to find reasons to eat. This thread is no different. The MFP app yells at you when you log your day ONLY IF YOU HAVE NOT EATEN YOUR BASE CALORIES. If you eat all 1250 of your base (or what ever yours may be), THEN you work off 800 calories and close your day... IT DOES NOT YELL AT YOU. All it cares about…

I like your determination. It will take you far. You know what you need to do, and you want to make it happen. You are in the right place.

Ive only been dieting for about 30 days, but I have lost 18 pounds in that time. I have tracked most all of it with a microscope. Here is what I have learned: Track everything you eat. EVERYTHING. Weigh 2 or 3 times a day. Learn how much you gain when you eat, drink, go bathroom, sleep, etc... IT sounds excessive, and…

Sounds stupid but Iike to run as close to the heat of the day as my schedule allows. The hotter it is, the more I sweat and feel like I am really doing some good. Im sure there is all kinds of flawed logic in that but it works for me.

Exactly! It seems that the people that say "eat them back" complain about not losing weight, and those that take them as a deficit have nice weight loss numbers.

Not to be mean... but it is what it is. If you are black, you are black. If you are white, you are white. Fat is fat. Im sorry if some people dont like it. It IS what it IS.

Wow. Great job. Bravo.

Wow, everyone is an expert. At the end of the day its calories in vs calories burned. Dont buy in to this crap about "eating more." Fat people love to find reasons to eat more and they love to spread that propaganda to others so they can justify it. If you are not losing weight its simple, your are taking in more calories…

Yes, you are the only one. It is what it is.

Twice Every day. Once before bed and my "official" weigh in when I wake up. Many people can not handle that, but I like to be in constant awareness of what I do to change my weight. If you can stomach it and not freek out about it, its the way to go.

Sweetie, that was a joke. I know that can not happen in a week. You need to look at the post it was in reply to. :-)

BEWARE the naked tenders everyone is talking about. Take one look at the sodium on those and you will understand. It's 570 mg per tender. Seriously, 8 of them is like 250% of your daily recommended amount. I got them just yesterday thinking grilled chicken was ok, then I looked them up and prayed it was a misprint. After…

Maybe she just gained muscle or perhapps some of the fat turned into muscle.

This is why I am a fan of weighing daily. Twice even. (morning and night) I know people say thats too much but you need to see the fluctuations in order not to freek out. IF you only weigh once a week you could catch your self when you are at a bad time. It hurts because you have waited all week for that weigh in and now…

Congrats! I know the feeling.
