I have been doing IF since January. And I love it. I do 16 hours with 8 window to eat. It's helped me lose 45 pounds. So for me it works.

I have 3 flavors. Orgain Vanilla bean plant based, Orgain Chocolate Fudge plant based. Also have a Orgain Berry Superfoods Plant based.

I just went Vegan. But was a cottage cheese freak. I loved it with spicy salsa. It's good with ranch. I even blended it in my smoothie once. Good luck.

I have been vegetarian for over a year. I would never go back to eating meat. I also eat clean and do Intermittent Fasting. I believe to each his own. If you want eat meat then that's your choice.

I also had knee pain. I went to a Orthopedic. Would recommend seeing one. You can be doing more damage. Also went physical therapy. And they told me NO squats lunges until my muscles are stronger. This is just my opinion. Good luck to you

This truly makes me sad. This world has produced Santa that hurtful to little children. Fat shaming is completely wrong. I say stop it. This little boy's self esteem is going to be messed up. I know this cause. I heard such things my whole life. :(
