Well the food on the plan is pretty good. I was not a big fan of day 2's dinner. My first time eating bok choy and I am not a fan...lol

Are you using the new to class option? That has really helped me. I do find that sometimes I still get a little lost becasue it is so fast, but it is so much fun!! Stick with it - it will get easier - and hey even if you are just jumping around if you get lost - at least you are still burning calories!!

Another comparison, I am 5'10'' currently weigh 226lbs. I also did the new to class option and about 5 minutes of the stretch 10 class and I burned 1008 calories in 1 hour and 26 minutes. :happy:
