When you go jogging with your husband, are you outside on the road? If so, try a treadmill instead; not so hard on the knees.

Hi, I am 51 and have been trying to lose about 35 lbs for the last 3 or so years. Nothing is working. I thought that counting calories would be the ticket for me, but, so far, I haven't lost a single pound. Same old, same old.

I feel lost if I'm not wearing my pedometer. I've used it for several years now, and am so used to it, it's like a part of me. LOL! When I report my cardio exercise. I just use the aerobic steps and calories burned, not total. I keep track of total steps per day on a different log.
