Thank you all so much!

I think I have just about everything....picking up a few things this weekend and that should be it. Thank you for your advice...I am planning to stick to instructions from my surgeon. I'm just getting nervous I guess. Really want to have a positive experience.

Just met with nutritionist, so got some ideas there. Not been to psychiatrist yet, but have appt. I think so much of this is mental....get out of bad habits...learn when I am actually hungry vs other reasons. Just have to put this new lifestyle to the top of my priorities.
