increase CARDIO. in crease WATER. increase FIBER. your WEIGHT doesnt determine your body fat, your BMI however- does. if youre eating correct, working out, & doing the other 3 things i mentioned, your body has no choice but to shed it.

i can tell you from experience: do it while you are ABLE. if you lost your health or mobility, youd be hating yourself for not taking advantage of your TO DO it.... .

i had an RX for phentermine years ago & i lost a lot of weight. i know its controversial, but for me personally it helped to get me moving b/c its basically speed. but what i lacked in motivation on any given day it made up for b/c i had so much 'energy' i couldnt not move. i was non-stop! it can be hard on your heart…
