I think I might actually believe my girlfriend when she tells me I'm handsome. I'm looking forward to not having chafed thighs anymore after a day at the beach. I might even get a tan on something besides my arms next year.

I picked up a jar (barrel?) of Ultimate Nutrition chocolate flavor from GNC. Mix it with 9 oz of skim milk for about 22 grams of protein and 190 calories.
