Well, I live in South Florida so it is a little manic around here right now. I am making good food choices and getting ready to take a big walk but I hope I can maintain positive choices for the next few days-wish me luck! Thank you all for posting and keeping me inspired-keep up the good work!!

Great job everyone! Yesterday I didn't feel so hot but kept it together . If you don't eat enough one day you seem to drag the next. Good morning everyone. I literally "rose" to the occasion today. I'm learning I have to exercise before I start my day so I did a 5:45 am spin class :) We'll see how the rest of the day goes.....

Starting back up again. Can you suggest a good menu plan that I can feed my husband and son who do not need to loose weight but I can eat too and stay in 1200 calorie range? I will do portion control-any other suggestions?
