Thanks, I'll try that. I do think that I'm not eating enough. I calculated my calories into weight watchers points and saw that I'm three points less than I should be and I know when I was doing weight watchers they told me I had to eat all my points, so I'll just try to increase my eating a little and see where that takes…

I've just started the 30 day challenge and I find it interesting. I've had the wii fit board for over a year, and I've grown a little tired of it.
