45 years old. Started counting calories and exercising September 2013 at 282 pounds. Lost 48 pounds as of today 5/14/14 so I am down to 234. I have lost 43 lbs since June 6th pretty much using MFP and walking. I started walking like 2 miles and now I walk 4 miles at about 4 miles per hour. I just started biking and I am enjoying that because it makes me work harder. I did 4 miles in like 20 minutes (12 mph). I used to hate exercise but now I find myself missing…

I plan on sticking to it every day. Once in awhile I will have a meal out that I didn't plan on but just get right back to it. You can't gain weight from 1 meal. You would have to down 3500 calories over and above your daily allotment to gain 1 pound!

I noticed you didn't have any water logged. Be sure to drink plenty of water. I am drinking 128 ounces a day and it seems to be working.
