  • Thanks for all that! Just to clarify (sorry!) I do generally eat back my exercise calories, although sometimes only about half. So perhaps I should up that? It just feels wrong though!! Same as doing the indulging myself with a treat, although it does sound like a good excuse to have some of the treats I've been avoiding!
  • Good luck :) ! There are so many success stories here, I'm sure you'll soon be one!
  • I'd say enjoy yourself but don't overdo it. And if you can get some exercise in that'll allow you to indulge a little more. I've also read quite a few people who suggest 'cheat' days, so maybe this can be your cheat day, just make sure you're back on track tomorrow!
