thanx i will do that i have been told before that stress and depression can add to why people want to eat so much i am trying to eliminate some of my stress now its just my depression cuz i have been laid off for 6 months i have 2 small children and at the present time my fiance isnt able to help lift some of the stress…

we were sitting on his bed talking and the song my boo by usher and alicia keys came on which that is a song he dedicated to me but anyway that song started to play on the radio spontaniously and he proposed.

i can keep my self busy to were i dont want to eat but when i get depressed i want to eat i use to have a friend i could call or text when i got depressed but he passed away a few years ago.

I was just so use to get up at 3:30 am to go to work but i have been layed off for 6 months and i dont get to sleep until 1-2 am and get back up with my 9 1/2 month old son when he gets up at 6-7 thats why i cant sleep

i will deffenatly have to brush my teeth cause if not it would turn into the whole jar of peanut butter lol.

i kinda have the same problem only thing with me is i was so use to getting up at 3:30am for work and since i have been layed off for the past 6 month i am out of my routine and i cant sleep at night i go to bed at 1-2 am and get back up at 6-7 when my 9 1/2 month old son gets up.

today is my second day and the way i tried to lose weight before was to skip meals and snacks but i have never tried anything like this so its different when u dont realy know whats a healthy alternative.

at night is when i get depressed more cuz my kids r in bed and i have quiet time to think about all the stress i have rite now

i am over weight be cause i got pregnant at the age of 20 and tried to lose the weight but then i got pregnant again when i was 22 so the weight lose stopped for the time being and since i had my second son last year i have been trying to eat healthy and lose weight.
