Hi there. I'm not new to my fitness pal but I am new to trying to go vegetarian.....I am eating and logging really Whole Foods but my calories and protein are so darn low on my fitness pal. I don't feel hungry. How do vegetarians deal with this?

Sorry to hear this. The dietician seems extreme and is not setting you up for longterm healthy nutrition. Whole grains and tons of veggies and 2 to three fruits a day is really appropriate.
