Ditto for me.. I can't just drink one or two glasses, have to drink the ENTIRE bottle (did I mention I would open a second bottle at times??) LOL..Don't drink anything anymore, not even a glass for celebrations..too dangerous for a German girl! LOL..Besides, there's over 600 calories in one bottle!! No thanks!

AGREE!!! I too weigh myself each day (my Husband says I'm crazy for doing that) but it helps me to know how much or little I can eat that day or the next day. Sort of like a guide for me. My usual mid-week healthy shake with almond milk (unsweetened, of course), Metabolic Reset chocolate powder, PB2, flax seed, Kale, and Costco frozen mixed berries..Never get tired of this, and it's only 235 calories!
