  • HI - Not sure if losing weight will stop the hair - it's my understanding that once it starts growing it pretty much stays. I have the same problem and have tried electrolysis and laser hair removal. I had more luck with the electrolysis but probably spent $1000 total and still have issues. I did notice when I lost 35 lbs…

  • Not sure where you got your info but I have HAIR-AN syndrome which is similar to PCOS and was on spiro when I got pregnant. They did immediately take me off of it but it didn't affect my pregnancy at all and I took it for the first 6 weeks. Double check with your doctor as that was 5 years ago.
