I don't worry about my BMI.. I think they are a crock of @#$%! My BMI says I should weigh 165 lbs when I already have 170 lbs of lean mass... I just had put on 10 lbs of muscle and lost 12 lbs of fat while only losing 2 lbs and my BMI went up.. The mirror is the best scale. If you like what you see that's all that matters.
