Feel free to add me. 34lbs down, at least the same again to go. Here every day.

Ah you're all so lovely! To everyone planning it or about to start it, please add me :-) And to all you IVF babies, how awesome is that? So much wished for and here you are :-)

Thanks everyone. Nice to hear some success stories :-) The injections are actually no bother at all.

I've lost 28lbs and am also still in the same size clothes. Definitely way baggier but still can't get comfortably in the next size down despite being able to see changes in my shape. I wonder if it is where you carry the weight? I've got skinny pins now and my trouser legs are flapping in the wind, but my stomach isn't…

Active and here every day. Anyone can add me :-)

Great story. I love the way you write and how you're looking at life now. I'm so pleased you've had such a positive outcome for all your hard work. A total inspiration. Congratulations. Keep going :-)

By virtue of your youth, you have the best beauty secret ever. Drop the self doubt and hold your head up high. There's a whole generation of people ahead of you who'd love to have your skin / your hair / your boobs!

Hi. I'm looking to lose about 55lbs. Feel free to add me, anyone. I'm here everyday and very happy to meet new friends for support. Lx

Well, I'm there with you :-) Anyone can add me too as I'm also in the same boat xx

I could be an honorary Yorkshire lass... I'm a bit further North but looking for new friends. Especially mid-30s up with 40-odd pounds to shift... Anyone can add me for a bit of mutual support and encouragement.

Bump... Anyone? You don't have to be slimming for IVF, just mid-30s and 50+ to lose...

Henry Rollins... Especially Get Some Go Again album

I think it will be quite low calorie compared to a full meal. I did a few weeks on Shreddies for lunch and it really helped kick start my weight loss. It gets pretty boring after a while though! Good luck x

This isn't what MY vegetarian diet looks like! I just do salads and quorn hot dogs most days! You definitely need to do a recipe book, seriously. You already have the recipes and the photos, you just need to find a publisher. Send me a few free samples and I'll even write a great review for the cover ;-) I really like the…

You look great, well done! :-) Going strong and getting stronger by the sounds of it! Do you mind me asking whether you're doing exercise alongside dieting? You look like you've really toned up as well as losing the weight.

Well done! It is great to see people who have made such fantastic progress. You're a total inspiration and cute as a button to boot! I hope you have a very happy healthy future ahead of you.

I love Henry Rollins and his 'Get Some Go Again' album keeps me motivated. I want to get some go again, and whenever I hear that song I workout so much harder :-)

I add Barbara Curries '10 minute miracle' to the end of my home aerobics. I find I get toned more quickly if yoga - even a tiny bit - is part of my routine.

As someone who eats when I'm bored, I try to remember this one: 'If hunger isn't the problem, food isn't the answer.' It reminds me to pick up a book instead of a biscuit! :-)

This is an old one but, if you can get it, I swear by Susan Powter's Burn Fat and Get Fit. I've been coming back to it for 10 years on and off. It is interval training - with three minutes cardio then one minute weights - so the 40 minutes whizzes by. You can increase the intensity as you get fitter by raising the height…
