Has it occurred to you that attempting to hide weight loss is an ED red flag? If you're lying to your mother, you may not be doing this the "healthy way". Talk it out with your family.

I'd been drinking a can per day for a year until last month, when I switched to carbonated water. Now that I've stopped, I do think the sweetener was just making me hungry.
