i am so weak to food, i dont think there is a way to avoid it. BUT if you indulge be sure you keep it limited and pencil it into the calorie count, might help limit consumption.

hey! congrats on the engagement! i found that teaming up with a workout partner helps. i started doing zumba, this is my first official week on this site and i am hoping for the best :smile: the hardest part for me so far is remembering to log in my food! stay positive
