I like to run alone that way i can run at my own pace and there isnt anyone holding me back, and if its a nice day I would deff take that as a sign that would should run either further or fastest then you have been. :) lol

typically you can eat any time of the day or night sometimes i wake up at 1am and drink a protien shake because im hungry. You body still burns cals whille your sleeping. Your body needs recovery to grow and repair itself, I wouldnt just stop atleast do a little bit of cardio at a little slower pace and make sure you streach it will help with the soreness. Streaching helps release latic acid that is built up in your muscles that is whats causing the soreness.

Yup it depends on your activity level there is no right or set amount but your body will tell you when its hydrated by the color of your urine it will be almost clear if not clear. I consume about 1gal a day.

Depends on what you are trying to use it in, i have tried the 50/50 in like muffins and it all sank to the bottom and burnt lol then they didnt taste like anything at all.

Depending on how long you have been on your current diet one day shouldnt hurt it that much and might acutally help shock your system, the best thing you can do IMO is just pick right back up where you left off on your diet avoid frispy kreme at all cost.

I would reccomend as of right now i wouldnt drink protien because you are hitting your goal, but if you do find yourself where you cant stop and grab lunch or a snack a protien shake would be much better to consume then not eating at all.
