The Ketogenic Dieting is turning into a fad diet, mainly due to the hype from mainstream media. It is not a magical diet per say as most people continue to think it is. I wouldn't most people to know this, but ketone bodies may be the preferred fuel source for our brain over glucose due to a greater energetic efficiency.…

I then throw it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes or so. Then top with a variety of treats…

That looks amazing. Being keto, I love allulose. Tastes so much like real sugar.

I have a bunch of smoked pulled pork that I made the other night. So I'll have about 6-7 ounces with 2-3 eggs cooked in grass fed butter.

mushrooms are pretty amazing. I avoided them at all cost for most of my life, but started eating them in the past 3-4 years. Won't touch a portabella though.

"Diet food" doesn't have to be bland and boring. Learn how to cook so you can turn your "diet food" into tasty meals or your chances of sticking to your plan will most likely fail.

There is nothing wrong with incorporating sausage in your diet. I just look for a "healthier" option. I buy a big bag of these at Costco for like $12. No MSG, Sugar, Nitrates or Nitrites and no hormones. Best thing is there are already fulled cooked, so it takes zero work to add them to a meal. And they taste delicious!

I save calories for this exact reason. I eat roughly (2) 1,000 calories meals later in the day. One at about noon and then a second at about 5:00pm.

I'm always baffled that people think cause it's a so called "protein cookie" that its a healthier option for them. You're better off eating 3-4 Oreos and drinking a protein shake. You'll prob even save calories in the process.
