  • You are either: (A) on a very restricted "diet" and/or been dieting for a long time (B) under eating (C) dehydrated (a lot of so called "hunger" comes from lack of hydration). Drink a glass of water and see if you're still hungry in 30 min. (D) All of the above So ask yourself which applies to you? Also you may want to…
  • wow, some BS keto advise in here. "eat more fat, and then eat more fat." or "eat as much bacon as you want." < that is 100% pure nonsense and horrible advise to give someone. The ketogenic diet is not some magically diet. You do NOT magically lose weight because you switch to keto. It's all about caloric deficit. I've seen…
  • This^ X infinity. There is no magical diet for fat loss.
  • no! You're better off eating Oreos and drinking a protein shake
  • Look into Ketogenic Dieting. Epigenix (which is a 501c3 Non-profit of Quest Nutrition) ran a ketogenic study with Diabetics back in early 2016 and had some amazing results. Keto is great for regulating blood sugar levels. https://www.ruled.me/the-ketogenic-diet-and-diabetes/
  • No where in my comment did I mentioned or remotely come close to suggesting that fasting=cleansing or that someone should fast to so called cleanse. Cleansing is nonsense as our bodies are built to cleanse themselves, however there has been studies showing that fasting is and has been proven to be good for gut health and…

  • Well he's not doing challenges weekly, so I wouldn't really say he can out train a bad diet. He goes many weeks sometimes a month or more between challenges. Not-to-mention he could be fasting and/or running low cal for days before and after challenges too balance things. Who knows, maybe on top of that his metabolism is…
  • Personally I hate when people refer or call certain foods as a "cheat". It puts a negative connotation towards certain foods/food groups. often making people feel guilt when they consume them. This is how eating disorders develop. At the end of the day food is food. It's a means of an energy source and some just provides…

  • This x100 ^ OP Fasting is perfectly fine and healthy. I often fast 18 hours a day and usually throw in a 24-36 fast once a month and give me digestive system a break.

  • For example, tomorrow is my higher cal/carb day because it is leg day. So I know I'm going to be burning a lot more cals then on a typical day, so I plan to have a lot more calories and carbs. This allows me to eat a lot of carbs (so called "treats") that I normally don't eat during the week and also give me flexibility…
  • A so called "cheat day" is pure stupidity. You're bound to consume anything and everything you see on that day. I see people eating themselves sick. Not wise nor a healthy mentality. Why not be a little more lack day to day (IIFYM) and then do a so called "cheat meal" on a friday or saturday night? This is the time you're…
  • Watch ETE's youtube. He trains a lot, often w/ extremely long bike rides and a long leg workout before his eating challenges etc.
  • buy Elightened. Creamy and much better. Thank me later :)

  • Don't listen to this ^^ person above. They are clueless. Fibre is extremely important for your gut biome, especially when on a ketogenic diet. I average about 60-75g a day. I eat lots of fibrous veggies, and then I also have 3 questbars. I also have fiber gummies and I eat from time to time if my fiber is low.
  • Not sure why you are spending $3 a bar. Order directly from QuestNutrition.com and get a box of 12 for $24.99 which makes them $2.09 a bar.
  • read my comment, the flavor tastes the same, its the chip that has changed. Tastes more like a real potato chip.
  • oh, give it a few more days. Some one will respond. you cannot buy the singularly there even in a local supplement store or gym? The veto PB cups are not so called "released" yet, so no one gets free samples of them. btw - they are *kitten* amazing, trust me. Everyone I've given them too raves about them.
  • Australia is actually our second largest market, so I'm a bit shocked you have not heard a reply. When was it sent and what "samples" are you exactly looking for?
  • I have eaten many bags (The benefit of working in R&D at Quest). While the flavoring is the same, the difference is in the chip themselves. The 2.0 version taste more like a potato chip, while the first version are a bit chalky.
  • Trust me, they don't taste the same.
  • Coffee with MCT Oil and heavy whipping cream.
  • Please elaborate on why this is bad and I'm assuming you commenting in BOLD is making it "bad". I can't wait to hear your response.
