What charts? 156 is not very high to me. I always am over that number. I do high intensity work outs as well. Very effective.

People are too sensitive. :)
-
Yup I sure do. Usually I am bored though, so I try to stay busy and make sure I drink lots of water and see if that helps.
-
I work in software too :) Congrats! It feels good when other people can notice the difference as well
-
LOL! Hilarious

As crazy as it is, I can understand, it took me a while because I only focused on the scale but don't worry, its no reason to be depressed :) You are getting fit and losing fat so that is what is important! My weight is 149-153 and it just hovers there..yet I am losing sizes. I don't even know what the heck my goal weight…

I finished month 1 Here is my before / after Keep in mind I've had two kids ...lol I really recommend getting Shakeology when doing the program. I was a bit skeptic about it at first but after doing it for a week I felt amazing and it really gives me more energy. I tried other protein shakes to compare but went back to…

Me neither :( 12 coffees and nothing! What the heck Timmies....

Me too. I do the same. But I am also the most boring person when it comes to food so I don't mind eating the same stuff.

WOW you look fabulous :) Way to go!!! My goal weight is also 135 and I started with the same weight :) Hope I can have a success story like yours.

Hi, I am 10 months post partum and I have two kids. I've struggled losing weight after my first pregnancy and never lost it all before getting pregnant. The past month I've had great success from doing Insanity! My weight loss is slow but I find dong strength and resistance being a lot more effective than just cardio…

lol I am totally that co worker who brings in sweets all the time. I love to bake but I don't want to eat it all. To be fair, they ask for it.
-
GOOOO LEAFS! BOO EVERYONE ELSE!
-
Bahaha.
-
I am doing my 3rd fit test tonight...I'll post my results here as well :)
-
That is so horrifying, depressing and sad all at once. Call me foolish but I'll take the normal way to obtaining the body I want to have...eating right and exercise.
-
Right? It is more than just a "90 day challenge". I've been having way better results from Insanity than I have using my treadmill, hands down. I have also not experienced any issue with my knees or joints. I haven't done P90X though but I do enjoy Insanity. I'm doing the Asylum next, already ordered it!
-
No reason to be scared! I know that you may think it will slow down your weight loss progress, but if you want to both lose weight and sustain it, I highly recommend upping your calories. What type of workout do you do?
-
Wow you look amazing :)
-
Not quite a success story yet, but I started with about 50 lbs to lose. I am 10 months post partum from my second pregnancy, and this is how I look after 1 month of doing Insanity. My kids were both natural birth but I can assure you the stubborn belly pooch was there (and going away!)

I am doing Insanity, then I'll be doing Insanity the Asylum.
