I'm a single mom who works full time so I don't have time for a lot. I do meal preps on weekends and freeze a bunch of portioned meals to just reheat easily. When I buy veggies I buy in bulk too so that I can cut and prep to just throw in the slow cooker with meat as well. Having to do all that after work is just a pain so…

Yikes...wine with V8 sounds like an atrocity :) In all seriousness...you're fine. I drink diet Coke a lot and its never been an issue for me in terms of weight.

I find the more weight I lose the bigger they look compared to my waist size! A lot of people I hear complain they will lose in size but youre right that isnt the case lol

I also hate drinking plain water. I drink a lot of decaff tea or flavoured water.

I don't make a big deal about it. My oldest knows what healthy foods and unhealthy foods are and she learns it from school as well from me. She knows that junk food is a treat. For your height and weight that seems about right to me. Best way to know is to get a HRM. I found MFP underestimated calories burned in comparison.

Awesome :disagree: I did the same thing back in October!!! And I have about 6 cons I am going to this year. I make my own costumes though..its so much fun you should try it :3
