You need to be accurately logging your food. "2 old el paso tacos" being 188 calories does not make sense.

I don't care for working out at a gym for similar reasons. I love working out at home. So much easier.

Have you thought of trying to get the rest of the family on the same eating habits as you? Although I think paleo is a extreme and unnecessary, if you are wanting better eating healthy in general it really helps when you aren't the only one doing it. I am boring and eat basically the same things every day. It is annoying sometimes to log new stuff but meh at least I have an idea of where I am at.

While I wasn't overweight, I gained 45 lbs my first pregnancy. I was stuck on hospital strict bedrest and ate whatever I wanted. My second pregnancy I was very fit and only gained 20 lbs and hardly looked pregnant until 9 months. Even at 9 months people didn't believe I was as far along as I said. Birth was also way easier.

I don't know about Herbalife but I love Shakeology. Been drinking it for over a year now. Tastes like a chocolate milkshake and makes me feel better. I don't always use it as a meal replacement, sometimes it is a snack or post workout

I think 5'5 at 115/120 lbs does not seem unreasonable.

Right now I am in between sizes so I have been buying dress pants with elastic waist band. I have too many pants that are either too big or too small so it seems to work.

My kids eat healthy but my son who is 1 year old has severe reflux and sensitivity to textures so he is still on pureed food. My daughter eats what I eat, for the most part. Lots of veggies fruit and lean meat.

Yes I love Insanity! I just finished the program on the weekend now I am doing a hybrid of asylum/Insanity :)

Thanks, I am 5'8. The program is a total of 9 weeks long. Don't be scared! You may surprise yourself! I was soo scared to start Insanity, I didn't think I could do it but I did :) Now I'm doing the Asylum /Insanity hybrid

Thank you! I was surprised my scale didn't go down more but that is what it said! I used the same one and weigh myself in the mornings. I guess when they say to not worry about the scale so much they are right...:)
