When I am out and about and hungry, I'll usually buy peanuts as a snack. They are usually pretty cheap and if you are lucky they will carry the unsalted kind.

I've never had a gym membership and don't plan on getting one. I own my own equipment but I don't use it much anymore now that I do work out videos. I did 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30 and now I am in week 2 of Insanity. Here are some before/in progress pictures (I've had two kids so be nice :))

If you enjoy it then drink what you like! I wouldn't stress over it really. I avoid alcohol as much as possible, not because of calories or whatever but I just feel better physically without it.

I don't think anyone should just take this without talking to their Dr. I used it in college as an anti depressant and its fairly powerful. I love smoothies. I find it helps me get in more fruit, vegetables and of course calories in. I add things like spinach, peanut butter, greek yogurt etc. It is working for me especially since its quick and easy to do and keeps me full. I guess it depends on your preference. I definitely prefer Greek yogurt since most of the other ones you find in the store are that 0% fat crap, it tastes just awful.

Have you been taking measurements? Do you notice a difference with your body? I am on week two of Insanity and I have also gained, but I am not worried. I follow the exercises exactly how I am supposed to and eat properly. My body already looks different so I am sure it will work out in the end. GL :)
