  • Thank you so much! Good luck with your first day! Be sure to keep a water bottle around you. :)
  • That's amazing! I'd love to see your results. :) I've noticed that I dropped a ring size and my body has become a bit stronger too. I haven't weighed myself during the 30DS, but I'm taking pictures instead and I'll weigh myself at the end. Good job with your progress!
  • I would love to see your results! Yeah, I experienced the same situation. After the 4th day, my soreness started to gradually go away while I completed the first level. I did Level 2 and Level 3 last night, so my body is really sore right now. haha. I'm also less bloated and I feel that my body is somewhat stronger. I'm…
  • Haha don't worry, you won't die! :) When I first did the video, I couldn't keep up and I wanted to quit the 30DS because I kept thinking to myself that I couldn't do it. When I did it again the next day, it was much easier since I knew what to expect and my progress got better with each day. Just work at your own pace and…
  • Haha,no thank you! That's very encouraging :)
  • Yeah, I'm experiencing slight pain in my lower back but when I stretch it feels better. I'm probably going to do ripped in 30 when I'm done with the 30DS. Thank you for your advice and good luck!
  • Wow that's amazing! Thank you for sharing your story. Have you experienced any pain during the 30 Day Shred? My lower back hurts a little and I have to stretch that section more than any part of my body. There was also a time where my right knee hurt a lot, but it stopped after a week. Maybe I'm not doing the exercise…
  • Wow you look amazing! Man, I'm speechless you had great results! Thanks for sharing. I'm definitely going to try Ripped in 30.
  • I've never heard of that, but I just googled it and it looks cool. I'm definitely going to check that out. Thanks for sharing it and thank you for your commentary! :)
  • Thanks! Good luck with the 30DS. I love it. Although you'll feel sore after the first day, keep going! It'll get better in time and you'll see results soon.
  • Thank you! I was starting to doubt my results so far,but you're definitely keeping me motivated to continue.
  • Thank you for your advice! I'm definitely going to try it after a lot of recommendations from here. :)
  • Thanks! I still have 12 more days to go and I'm excited to finish this program so I can go on to Ripped in 30. Jillian is really kicking my butt with each level. haha. Good luck and good job with getting this far!
  • Thanks! Yes it is.
  • Thank you so much! I'd love to see your results if you don't mind. How is it different from the 30DS? Is it a lot harder or do you do the same exercises at a more advanced level?
  • Thank you! I was doubting my results, but everyone here is so positive and supporting. That's what I want to do too. I heard from some reviews that Ripped in 30 was much harder than the 30 Day Shred, but I'm still excited to do it. haha Good luck and I'd love to see your results! :)
  • I'm not sure how many calories I burned during Level 1, but it really gets me sweating which makes me happy. By the end of the video my back, arms, stomach, and chest are drenched in sweat. My soreness eased up after the 3rd -5th day. I'd love to see your results and start ripped in 30 too. :)
  • I haven't weighed myself during the program, but I weighed myself once after 10 days of Level 1 and I weighed in at 117. Last time I weighed myself I was around 127, so I was really surprised that I dropped a lot of weight. This program has done good changes to my body and I noticed that I dropped a ring size! It sounds…
  • Don't worry it does! I felt like that too, but it gets better by the 3rd or 4th day. Don't give up no matter how much you'd like to. The thing that kept me going is imagining the results that I would have and a bathing suit that kept me motivated. Good luck! :)
  • Good luck with the 30 Day Shred! I'd really like to see your results. :)
  • Really? That's great! Which one do you find more difficult and why do you like ripped in 30 better?
  • Yeah, I really had fun with it too. By the end of Level 1, my arms felt a lot toner and my core was stronger. Thank you for your advice. I think I'm going to do one in the morning and one before I go to sleep. I've also done yoga before I went to sleep and it really helped my stomach and eased the tension in my body. Good…
  • Wow! You're results are amazing! You toned everywhere and you look great! I wish i could get my arms to look that toned. I'm having a hard time with Jillian's arm exercises in Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred. You definitely convinced me to do Ripped in 30. thank you so much for sharing your results!
  • Thank you! Good luck with the DVD and I'm excited to see your results too I'd love to see it! There were many times where I wanted to give up and stop the videos, but I wanted to finish the program and shred the fat to see results. I still have 12 more days to go and I'm excited to finish this. :)
  • They're month long programs by Jillian Michaels. You'll probably recognize her from the show The Biggest Loser. I'm currently doing the 30 Day Shred. It consists of 3 levels of about 20 minute workouts and you complete 10 days of a level before going on to the next.
  • Thank you so much! I was doubting my results, but I'm getting a lot of positive feedback so I'm definitely going to continue with this and hopefully go on to Ripped in 30. Good luck when you start! Jillian really gets you sweating, but she gets results. :)
  • I can't wait to start it! I don't know why,but I find Level 2 more challenging than Level 3. I can't keep up with the arm exercises of Level 2. Haha, but good luck! :)
  • Really? That's great! Is it a lot harder than the 30 Day Shred?
  • Thank you so much! At first I was doubting the results, but you're keeping me motivated. :)
  • Thanks! Yeah, I remember feeling that soreness the first 3 days of level 1. I could barely move either! My soreness went away while I did the videos and I promise you that it will most likely go away around the 5th day. Last night I did Day 1 of Level 3 and Day 8 of Level 2 and I feel kind of sore, but it's not as bad as…
