Oh and it will probably consist of cheesecake, pasta, pizza & some Churchs chicken :) Maybe some DQ or Starbucks.

I only have a cheat day when I reach a goal. For example, I started at 260lbs. My first goal is to get to 230lbs. Then 200lbs, 170, 150, 130. Each time I make one of those goals I will have a cheat day.

Yes I opened my diary :) Even though I have been trying to lose weight for a month I have only been keeping track here on MFP for about a week.

Yay so glad for more mommas! I have been over weight since before I got pregnant but during my pregnancy I gained 20lbs and developed high blood pressure and im tired of it. Im way too young for this! And I would love another baby in a year and I want to get healthy and in shape first.
