To heck with the Crystal Light...I use the Jose Cuervo Light Margarita Mix. A whopping zero calories! I also splurg on 4 oz of home squeezed oranges. Makes my margarita calories a bit higher, but not by that much.

I just finished baking these. Devoured one with cup of skim milk...yummy. My son who isn't even dieting said these are better than the real thing. Thanks for the recipe!
