I just started on my second week. I really like it I liked his first one too. I dont have all of the equipment that they use yet but you can still do the videos and they have the one person who does those moves without the equipment. im glad i purchase it and I cant wait to see the results in the end.

along with most of the other reasons, kids, doing it alone etc. I definitely need to be told what to do the whole time. There are plenty of weight lifting dvds and same thing applies if I try to think of what to do next its over.

I did the low calorie 1200 -1400 working out 5-6 days a week for a long time. Eventually it stopped working. No energy. Im 6'1 and just about every brand even the tall is still too short. The only brand that really fits me that ive found is the gap they have tall and extra tall and I love them just wish i could afford them more. sometime they have good clearance though
