SW: 280 CW: 237 GW: 185-195 Been down lower nad know that is not for me.

We have become more health conscious as a whole but it's mostly about half of us. Our Snack and Drink machines provide healthy options as well. We were just able to afford our own machines and get to request what goes in them. They also fund our Employee Club, so that's cool too.

If I get more than 6 I fell like I can't get up and get moving.

Learn to use other seasonings and eat less processed foods. I had to learn to change my whole outlook when my old man got high blood pressure. They dropped him down to a 1000mg a day diet. Talk about insane! I eat lower sodium because it's the only way to keep his lower but I still have trouble with it.

I realized all of the sudden that 280lbs was almost 300lbs. For some reason, that had never hit me before. When it did, it might as well have been a bus.
