5'9" and 230 now. My skinniest was 174 and I looked like a crack head. My goal now is between 190-200 and then we'll see.

I used to weigh everyday and then record once a week, but since my battery died in my scale at home, I just weigh in when I think about it at work.

5'9" currently 230. According to the charts I should be 135 to 160. I got down to 174 and looked like a crack *kitten*. My goal this time is 200-190.

I plan ahead for the days I work. The days I'm home I don't and I definitely do better at work than at home, sigh.

I used to be okay with it, but after too much research and information I just can't do it anymore. once in a blue moon I'll do subway but that's about it.

ok right account. Alot of times when you exercise, it mimics a panic attack. As your body adjusts it can actually learn to deal with the non-panic attack heart rate elevations and decrease the occurrences of your panic attacks as it adjusts. Just personal experience, not a doctor or anything.

I used to do concrete work and wasn't slim by any means but i was pretty damn fit. Then I got my lovely desk job. Oy! As long as you take that first step and don't stop you are headed in the right direction.
