Haha..there's definitely a knack to it and once you've got it it's fine. Try practicing doing it up without putting the bra on, in front of you, then above your head, so you get the feel of it. You'll get there in the end!

Yes, do what the Doctor says and even then be careful. I ended up with the most horrendous stomach cramps (like birth contractions) because I tried to walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes at 2.5 mph about 3 weeks after mine. Don't do it, you will regret it. let your body repair first or it'll take you longer in the end…

If you are losing inches but not weight could it be that you are gaining muscle as you lose fat, since you are still working out?

Actually my tape is a cold, slippery character. Two faced and rolls up at the most inconvenient times. My scale, on the other had, has supported me through all my ups and downs. I always know where I am with him.

Swiss style muesli with added walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and linseed, with hot skimmed milk - about 300 calories. I have the same every day and love it :bigsmile:
