  • ACK and RTFM of your HRMs:) HRMs measurement are not as accurate as some people mean, too
  • Acknowledging the others here ... body weight has a fluctuation over the day and the week too .... don't stress yourself for 4 or 5 lbs ... I fluctuate up to 4 lbs every Monday/Tuesday regardless of sport or over/under calories @ the weekend Simply keep going on, you will see the real effect in a couple of weeks :)
  • Not really fat-burners, but L-Carnitine and CLA help me a BIT ..... Both don't harm, and they might work .... I tried real "Fat-Burners" ... they only gave me stomach problems :( btw. good body-fat is way more interesting than weight for men. I started building a bit and gained weight, too ...
  • If you build up muscles you will gain weight, that's normal ... 2 LBS difference is nothing, always keep in mind that any measurement is only a snapshot of the whole day ... What really counts if you do exercises is "body fat" ...
  • I do MFP for about 3 weeks and it changed my goals too - I still wanna be muscled and hot - but not in "as fast as possible" anymore - healthy was added, too. And to all the girls out there that think "skinny" is good .. always remember: - real men love meat (curves), only dogs love bones ;) and I mean that :)

  • MFP does a "simple" calculation of the calories to use, it is an app, not a real coach ... People should be grown up enough to use this tool ... MFP already does something for their people by not allowing any goals higher than 2 pounds per week. But I really like the idea of showing the percent you are under your goals ...…

  • Crash-diets really don't work .. I eat about 1800 calories a day and like others said before: 1200 calories a day or less is called STARVING in most cases.
