Here are some pics of me from 2010 before I changed my eating habits (zero-sugar, calorie-watch .... ) Total weight 273 lbs (123 kg), height 5'11" (180 cm) I did some crash-diets with less then 800 cals/day, sometimes only taking 3 protein-shakes and water / day. Didn't get me any further .... got me back up to 230 lbs…
