~60 lbs in 2 years -> heading the gym will be next

Here are some pics of me from 2010 before I changed my eating habits (zero-sugar, calorie-watch .... )
Total weight 273 lbs (123 kg), height 5'11" (180 cm)

I did some crash-diets with less then 800 cals/day, sometimes only taking 3 protein-shakes and water / day.
Didn't get me any further .... got me back up to 230 lbs (105 kg) ... no weight-loss @ all


Now the Pics from yesterday with about 211 lbs (96 kg), in addition to MFP with 1860 cals/day I started doing Yoga @ home two months ago

Next 2 month I will spend in a nearby gym (summer special offer) doing some more yoga and HIIT/body-shaping there ...
I hope I can achieve some more sculpting and relaxation there and will add some pics end august ...
