I continue like every day. Just as you won't gain because of one day, decreasing calories won't make me lose in one day. It's about not losing control - or regaining it. As such, eating not enough or less than usually is not something I'd consider helpful.

Hmmm, have you tried white fish? Pangasius for example? Or Tilapia? Those kinds of fish mainly consist of protein and little to no fat.
