I was once a smoker. I gave myself a year of not smoking before I tackled the little bit of weight I put on. Be easy on yourself - sometimes trying to do a lot at once hinders progress! I know you can do it though!! I am so glad cigarettes are out of my life FINALLY!!! Congrats to you!! When you want one, work out instead!

Oh I hope you love it. I will never ever go back to eating the way I did before. I feel amazing and believe it or not - I don't crave ANY of those carby foods anymore. AT ALL. Glad you're here!! All those they said above ^^^ great resources!

You can adjust your MFP to go with these percentages, too - within the settings. I eat around 50 g (net) carbs a day or less, with around 100 g protein and then 120ish on fat. Good read! Pre-low carb I didn't eat dairy at all. I just didn't need it or want it. Not other reason. Now that I am low carbing, I eat full fat dairy - mainly whipping cream and full fat cheese like gouda. I feel better than I did pre-low carb, so it's all good. But I know a lot of people who can't handle dairy as easily.…

Why are you cutting down on dairy? I do enjoy heavy whipping cream... but the reason I am cutting down on it a bit is because of the fat... trying to swap out some fat for more fibery stuff. Didn't know if that's why others do it, too?

Nope. They don't give you the breakdown since it's just the blood donation place. Yep. That's what sucks... the stupid thing they give me is only TOTAL ... I'll probably have my bloodwork done again. In the meantime, I am adding broccoli and more fiber into my diet and increasing my fish a little :)

I can't wait... and yeah, I don't like things that sweet, so I don't think I would need all that sweetener. I think heavy whipping cream already tastes sweet!

The put corn in my taco salad the other day and I didn't feel like picking it out - it was super tedious. So I ate it.... but I was okay in the end. It tasted SO SWEET to me! haha! (And it tasted so good!)

Yeah. I have started to react as if it will kinda kill me. Bugged eyes... No. I can't eat that. Hopefully in time they will stop offering. Would you offer a diabetic sugar? UGH. When I go to places to eat, sometimes I tell them I am diabetic to make sure they use SF stuff.
