I don't see how that is possible since fiber is a carb, but you get to subtract it. So if you have a product that has more fiber than carbs, they probably have not added it to your carbs.... I think?

Nuts, specifically salted almonds. I overate them trying to stay on track on vaca, along with pistachios and pecans and it did really bad things to me... but I love them so much!

My experience is the opposite. On low carb, I had more energy and I was super full... but I think it is because it soaked up all the liquid in my belly. I had to really down some water!

This is totally true. One time, while sweating it stopped tasting salty. I have to really watch my salt intake and make sure it's on the up and up. Same for iron and potassium. Just don't drink a full glass of a lot of salt water. Did that once. it gives you the runs. Yes, I'm an idiot. haha!
