I have the 7 and the button configuration looks the same so maybe they start the same. Anyway to start I click the center button on the right. I have the polar FT7. I love it. It can connect to the computer and you can keep track of your workouts on the polar website.

I just have to say I'm sorry. It's really hard to get a kid to enjoy something he hasn't grown up doing. I think your best bet is just laying down what you expect. When I got pregnant with my daughter I weighted around 200 pounds. My doctor told me that I was not to go on any sort of diet. I would just eat what you need to maintain with the extra 300 for the baby and work on the weight loss after you have him.

I think you should just go and try some out, and see which feel the best for you. A lot of the brands like proform, nordic track, reebok, and freemotion are all made by the same company any way. If you ask my husband he would say to stay away from all of those. He's an engineer there and is mad at the company right now.

I'm 5' 8 and thinking around 150. I don't remember ever being below 180 so I'll gage it when I get there.

I know some of the pasta in a box type meals you can prepare with oil instead of butter and there are probably other substitutes when making these meals.

For me pretty much any that have hormones in I gain weight from. I got a paraguard IUD. It lasts up to 10 years, and doesn't have any of the hormones, so you don't get many side effects. For me it was either that of condoms. The 6 months I was on birth control with hormones I gained 25 pounds

I use bountifulbaskets.com They only do arizona,utah, idaho, and washington. It's still the stuff you wold get at the store but cheaper, and freasher.

I weigh myself everyday. Usually multipul times a day. I tried not weighing myself for a week and I just got off track.

I know how you feel. Last night my husband told me my breasts were like deflated balloons. I'm still a DD so I have no problem with them getting a bit smaller.

Yeah that's pretty normal at first. Alot of it is usually water weight. I think MFP will be great for you. There arer peopl who have easily lost over 100 pounds. Welcome and good luck.
