Wow you look awesome. I'm working on losing weight after having 5 babies, one pregnancy was twins.

I'm from Utah I've had people ask me how many wives my husband has. I don't think he could handle more than me.
-
You may just have a higher activity level then you set up in the beginning. Me personally I would take it and be happy, it'll slow down as you lose more.

I have the same feeling. My husband can eat absolutly anything and not gain weight, he's been 140 for the last 15 years. I look at food and gain. He can't really understand the joy in loosing weight.

My girls are Aspen, and Zoe, if I were to have another I would name her Oakley.
-
wow any chance you could give my hubby a call. :)

I'm trying to loose the baby weight too. I had twins the end of September and I have about 50 pounds to loose.

Let's see as far as the job thing I would just quit jobs are way over rated. And quitting the job may help out the marriage problem. Of course it may also make it worse as well. In any case I hope things start looking better for you. Hey and if nothing else it looks like your doing awesome at loosing some pounds.
-
Hey I had the same problem on birth control I gained like 30 pounds in 6 months. You might want to consider the paraguard IUD it doesn't use hormones and is the only kind I've found that doesn't make me feel out of wack, and I can actually loose weight on it.
-
Are you taking any medication that could contribute to it? I know my husbands astma medication will cause his heart to beat really fast at times. He's seen it go as high as 230 while using the HRM.

Nuts are always a good option. They have plenty of calories and are still pretty good for you.

I would love to join I'm trying to get back into the swing of things.

Hey I haven't personally had mine removed but I have a good friend who had all of her's removed. She just has to take a med every morning and she's been fine regualting her levels. It hasn't changed her ability to loose weight and she just had a baby and it didn't mess anything up there. Good Luck.

If tightening the walking belt doesn't work you may need to tighten the motor belt. To get to it you would need to take off the front hood and usually it is a bolt on the belt tightener that you loosen slightly then step on the tightener and tighten it back up. I use to work customer service for Proform and that was…

My running is ussually around 7 and a good jog is around 5.5-6

What model of HR monitor do you have?
-
I had the nuva ring and really liked it. I could never remember to take a pill every day. It's nothing really like a IUD. I also had the paraguard IUD which I really liked but it's pricey. It doesn't have any hormones which I really liked.

I think the only real difference is the FT7 you can have all your workouts and everything put onto the computer so you can keep track of your progress, and the FT4 you can't. I have the FT7 and I love it. I just got my husband one for Christmas, now just to get him to use it.

Ah the dreams, I have dreams of eating and eating, and thinking I shouldn't be eating this and doing it anyway. Then waking up and being so glad it was a dream.

Hey look up DrBorkBork. She i=s diabetic and has worked her tail off to lose weight. She's now worked her way off of insulin. Good luck,
-
Hey I'm up by Logan, where are you at?
-
I would say go for it. If your ready your ready. I didn't loose any in between pregnancys and everything still turned out great. I do think keeping up on your muscle tone is a good idea. As long as your not trying to lose weight while your pregnant I think you should be fine.
-
Well they arn't too bad for you I don't think. Here's what I found on it. Total : Calories 160 Fat calories 20 Sodium 85 carbohydrates31 fiber 1 sugars 21

My husband has the same problem. He's 6 ft and has never been above 135. He went on a 5000 calorie diet once and over a 3 month period he gaines 1 pound. Good luck.
-
Looks like your doing great. You've got to love those baggy but jeans. :)
-
Sounds like anahyms maybe. I put them in eggs, burritos, and salsa.
-
I am defantly with you. I've been slacking the last couple months and haven't lost anything. As of today I'm going to start logging in my food again, and I'm going to get some exercise in.
-
Do you eat your exercise calories? It looks like you might not be getting ehough calories. You shouldn't be reducing your calorie intake more than 1000 a day less then your maintence point.
