At the end of the day, I input the total protein, fiber, fat and carbs into my WW points calculator to calculate the total points that I consume…
  • I am doing WW and MFP together. I try to stay within the calorie range that MFP suggest, but I like the flexibility that WW gives you with weekly points allowed for splurges (like Father's Day). I track everything on MFP and write the points info in the notes.
