A profiterole is choux pastry with cream inside... usually served with chocolate sauce! Yummylicious! And my flatmate calls me Garcia for that reason! I love her too! And Morgan is sooooo mine! Ha! Seriously though, is it just 'cause we're both fat and wear specs?! XxX

This is going to sound weird and you're all gonna think it's sick and wrong but...... I love mine with vinegar on! Mmmmm! Or (slightly more normally) with a carton of chopped tomatoes and basil! Yummy! XxX

Forgot to say... I also like sprinkling the spices on the chicken before cooking it as it give the chicken a completely different flavour! XxX

I buy a large selection of spices from the supermarket and add them to almost anything to give things more flavour with hardly any calories! My favourite is schwatz's piri piri one! It's 12 calories a serving and is sooo good! XxX

Have you tried mattesons turkey bacon?! It's much better for you as less fat etc but is still damn tasty! It also comes in unsmoked and smoked though I have to say i definitely prefer the smoked! Yummyliscious! XxX

I can also recommend Tesco Light Choices Vanilla Iced Dessert. It's a delicious and creamy vanilla ice cream but 100 grams (a decent portion) is only 120 calories!

You're right with that honey! And also, they do too much for me! I am rubbish with technology and apparently Garmins are quite complicated. My trainer reckons polar are good and says as long as it does calories as well as heart rate that should be fine. Let me know how you get on with it Bella, would appreciate that! XxX

I has homemade lentil soup and a slice of weight watchers bread, toasted, with a laughing cow light cheese triangle! Yummyliscious and only 235 calories in total! In answer to Gillian Pinder - Heinz now do a range of soups with reduced salt which are great. They don't taste any different to the normal ones! XxX

It sounds to me like you're just worried about taking your foot off the gas and it all going belly up! Maybe what you need to do is still monitor your weight, only instead of setting a new goal for LOSING weight, make the goal MAINTAINING the same weight (give or take a few pounds). That way you still always have a target…

Water really does help. I'm sure you've heard of the phrase 'we are what we eat' - our bodies should be around 60% water so this needs to be constantly replaced. Also, the more water you drink, the less likely you are to mistake being dehydrated for being hungry. XxX

Inch loss is more important than pounds lost. Muscle weighs heavier than fat so if you are exercising and toning at the same time then you may weigh the same but still be smaller or more toned. ie. i have only lost 4 pounds last week but have lost an inch round each thigh and 2 inches on my hips. XxX

I really struggle to eat what i'm supposed to anyway so I don't. I see a personal trainer once every two weeks and she says I shouldn't eat less that 1200 calories a day or my body will start storing fat but I find it really hard to hit 1200 let alone my daily allowance of 1490! I just don't understand how I could lose…
