i don't believe, by MFP alone, ANYTHING can be found. It is all within you. Love. Health. Wisdom. Strength. But...it is a good tool for many things. Maybe they should update their mission statement.

Ay yi yi...making me choose like this....geesh! I like strong shoulders and of course muscular chest and arms and abs.....whew-is it getting hot in here? I think I tend to go for lean and cut vs. muscular. I'm honestly not opposed to muscular though ;)

I did yoga thru the first half of my #2 pregnancy. It was great! Then it was super hard and I would sit and sip water watching them do it... it still felt good then. :)

Break it up and stagger it with your running if you need to. I try and do my running on my rest days, and also on my first day back on BB schedule. the 2nd day-like tomorrow will be a rest day for my running.
